Terms of Use

By using Earth Adventure you agree to the following terms. We keep them readable so teachers, students, and lifelong learners know what to expect when joining the adventure.

Key Definitions

"Earth Adventure"
The web application, quiz, encyclopedia, and related services accessible at earthadventure.lol.
"Player" or "You"
Any individual or organization accessing or using Earth Adventure.
"Team" or "We"
The Earth Adventure creators and maintainers who operate the platform.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Acceptable Use. Use Earth Adventure for lawful learning, teaching, or entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt servers, reverse engineer proprietary content, or scrape data at scale.
  2. Classroom & Workplace Use. You may display the quiz in classrooms or offices provided you comply with applicable policies and law. Collecting data from students under 13 requires proper guardian consent.
  3. User Content. Feedback, feature ideas, or other content you send us may be used to improve Earth Adventure. Do not share confidential information in support requests.
  4. Third-Party Services. Ads and analytics are delivered by Google. Continue only if you agree to their respective terms and policies.
  5. Security. Report bugs or vulnerabilities to ebonyhawk@naver.com. Do not exploit issues for personal gain.

Intellectual Property

The Earth Adventure brand, interface design, satellite imagery curation, and custom code remain the property of the Earth Adventure Team. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to access the service for personal or educational use. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Earth Adventure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee every map tile, fact, or translation is perfect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to Earth Adventure for attempts to interfere with service integrity, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We update the terms when features change, laws evolve, or policies require clarification. Material updates will be communicated via in-product notices and timestamped below.
